En tant que collaborateur.rice au service clientèle Decathlon, tu es le premier point de contact pour nos clients. Jouw rol in ons team bestaat uit het ondersteunen van klanten bij vragen over hun online of in-store aankopen, het opbouwen van een vertrouwensrelatie met hen en het bieden van een unieke klantervaring !
Tes responsabilités :
- Een persoonlijk, geruststellend en verrassend antwoord geven aan al onze klanten.
- Être pro-actif et original dans la résolution des problèmes.
- Gemakkelijk werken op onze verschillende communicatiekanalen (e-mail en telefoon).
- Jongler avec nos différents outils et procédures ; pouvoir informer nos clients sur nos différents produits et services.
YOUR PROFILE
Tu es passionné.e de sport, débordant d'énergie et doté.e d'une rigueur à toute épreuve et convaincu.e que le service client est une priorité absolue et que l'empathie est la clé d'une relation réussie.
Je kan zich gemakkelijk aanpassen in een team met verschillende (maar allemaal vriendelijke) persoonlijkheden. Orienté-solutions, tu aimes trouver des solutions qui sortent du cadre (sais-tu que nous avons déjà nous-mêmes été livrer des clients sur... le tarmac de l'aéroport ?)
Je hebt een gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en van werk dat goed gedaan is. Tu es empathique et à l'écoute des clients et de tes collègues
