As interim Talent Manager, you will take the lead during a pivotal phase: the continued rollout of our L&D strategy and the strengthening of our learning culture. You'll drive progress across five strategic priorities while empowering your team to grow in autonomy and ownership. Your ultimate goal? Activate a learning and growth mindset in all 2,000 of our teammates.
You’ll be working closely with a passionate team of 3 Talent/L&D professionals, within a broader HR community that values co-creation and peer learning. You will report directly to the Head of HR and collaborate closely with business leaders across the company. This role includes active collaboration with Decathlon United, giving you exposure to international L&D developments.
Recent initiatives include our new onboarding journey, a leadership growth path, and a shift to a blended learning framework.
