You are the architect of your sport's growth in the Belgian market. Your mission is to guarantee performance, innovation, and relevance of the entire omni-offer for our customers, from digital platforms to in-store experience.
Sport Strategy: Develop short, mid, and long-term strategic plans for your sports (swimming, surfing diving, snorkeling, sailing), engaging all stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.
Market Analysis: Gather and interpret market data to understand consumer behavior and local trends, shaping the Belgian potential market for your sport. You use these insights to shape the potential of your sport in Belgium.
Financial Management: Monitor economic trends, ensure reliable financial management, and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
Define the Omni-Offer: Define and deploy the best possible omni-offer (products, local services, specific selections) to enrich the customer experience.
Animate the Community: Energize commercial dynamics by prioritizing cities and stores, orchestrating key moments throughout the year for maximum impact.
Communication & Campaigns: Co-create communication plans with campaign managers for seamless integration of your sport's messaging into the global strategy.
Customer Quality: Ensure the quality of (e)merchandising and ensure customer feedback (reviews) is addressed promptly and effectively.
