YOUR MISSION

At Decathlon, we make sports accessible to everyone through innovative and sustainable solutions. Our Decathlon Marketplace is a fast-growing global platform operation in 19 countries worldwide. We connect sports brands, third-party sellers, and customers through a seamless digital experience, integrated into decathlon’s e-commerce website, offering millions of products and services worldwide.

We are looking for a highly motivated Legal Intern eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic digital environment. You will act as a key support system for the organization across various legal subjects, working both independently and collaboratively. You will play an active role in creating and maintaining consumer protection standards and ensuring our e-commerce platform remains safe, compliant, and trustworthy.

1. Digital Services Act (DSA)

Assist in daily legal tasks requiring manual control and compliance checks
Identify inconsistencies regarding illicit content on our website and propose actionable solutions.
Provide comprehensive support in processing and resolving lodged complaints

2. General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

Help ensure robust consumer protection by monitoring and maintaining product safety compliance across our marketplace catalog.

3. Legal Assistance & Strategy

Collaborate closely with the legal team and cross-functional departments.
Assist in developing new legal methodologies, operational guidelines, and compliance frameworks to streamline our processes.

4. Legal Contract Review

Participate in the thorough review, drafting, and updating of Decathlon’s Marketplace Seller Conditions (MSC) and other relevant agreements.

YOUR PROFILE

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, Company Law, International Business Law or a related field.
Strong analytical and communication skills .
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work well under pressure
Fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus).
Proactive mindset, problem solving attitude and a willingness to learn.
