Join us for a concrete mission: designing and deploying AI solutions that will save our teammates one hour per day, both in-store and at HQ. This internship is for you if you're ready to put theory into action and prove the impact of Artificial Intelligence on the field.
You will act as the internal consultant who identifies time-consuming tasks and provides simple, concrete, and measurable AI-based solutions.
Local Communication & Marketing: Build a "Prompt Library" for social media. The goal: enable teams to generate engaging Instagram/Facebook posts in 30 seconds for local events (running clubs, new collections, etc.).
Customer Analysis & Reputation: Use AI to perform a semantic analysis of customer feedback (e.g., 500 comments on a specific product category) and synthesize the 3 major "pain points" and 3 "strengths" for the Store Director.
Training & Sales Support: Design an "Expert Technical Assistant" (Internal Chatbot) fed with product documentation, allowing our sellers to instantly find answers to complex technical questions (bikes, tents, etc.).
Operational Efficiency: Identify 3 time-consuming tasks per team (admin, local product descriptions, standard emails) and propose an AI-based solution to automate or simplify them (e.g., meeting summaries, instant translation for foreign customers).
We are looking for a student who loves to test, iterate, and validate impact on the field.
You understand how a store operates and what a seller's pain points are (or have the insatiable curiosity to quickly find out).
You are pedagogical and empathetic, capable of explaining AI simply, without jargon. Your team spirit and proactivity are essential, and you are also capable of working autonomously.
Moreover,
you are a final-year student (Master 1 or 2) in Management, Engineering (with a business option), Digital Transformation, or Innovation.
you have a strong appetite for AI. You already use generative tools daily and understand the principles of Prompt Engineering.
you are fluent in French and/or Dutch, and you also have a good command of English.
Internship Duration: Minimum 3 months.
