Your Mission

Integrated into the Traffic & Acquisition team, your mission will be to transform our commercial objectives into measurable digital successes, focusing on the performance of our paid campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns across Google Ads (SEA), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok.

  • Conduct in-depth performance analysis (CPC, ROAS, audiences, etc.), write clear reports, and propose concrete recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to the creation of ads (copy & visuals) and implement rigorous A/B tests to maximize results.

  • Contribute to the strategic choice of audiences, keywords, budgets, and objectives for Decathlon's digital acquisition.

  • Work in close collaboration with creative and commercial teams to align campaigns with business objectives.

  • Conduct constant competitive and sectoral monitoring on the latest Paid Media & Social Ads trends.

You are the ideal candidate if you are ready to juggle creativity and numbers, and if you share our passion for sports !

Early adopter of platforms, you have a great desire to learn about Google Ads and Meta Business Manager.

You are an excellent communicator capable of working in a team (with the SEO, Direct Marketing & CRM teams).



Moreover, 

  • You are studying marketing, digital marketing, business or any other related field. 

  • You speak French and/or Dutch. Speaking English is a plus. 

  • You are looking for an internship for a minimum of 3 months.
