Decathlon Belgium is looking for an intern to join our Customer team within the Commercial team. Under the supervision of the "National Customer Service & Experience Leader," you will work with a team of 4 people dedicated to improving the customer experience. This is a full-time internship lasting 3 to 12 months, and it is an unpaid observation internship.

Your main tasks will include:
Design and development of a website to centralize information on customer service and the customer experience in Belgium.
Creation of a resource platform for the customer service leaders in our 34 stores.
Participation in the development of customer loyalty and satisfaction strategies.
Updating and optimizing the content of the website.
We are looking for a student (in IT, Business, Digital Marketing, or an equivalent field) who regularly practices a sport. The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
