YOUR MISSION

Decathlon Belgium's Customer Service team is looking for a Communication Intern to join its team ! 

Are you a sports enthusiast, full of energy, and incredibly meticulous ? Are you curious, proactive, and eager to discover the many facets of customer service ? 

Join our team and actively contribute to its development and the continuous improvement of our services !

As an Internal Communication Intern within our Customer Service team, you will be involved in diverse and stimulating projects:

  • Developing and distributing internal communications (newsletters, announcements, updates).

  • Animating our internal communication tools (intranet, collaborative platforms).

  • Creatively enhancing overall team communication with your personal touch !

YOUR PROFILE

Are you currently a communication student looking for an unpaid internship lasting a minimum of 3 months ? Then join our team ! 


  • You are versatile, curious, and have a genuine interest in various aspects of customer service
  • You possess strong written and oral communication skills.
  • You are organized, autonomous, and dare to take initiatives.
  • You speak French or Dutch and can understand one of the other national language.
