YOUR MISSION

As a Financial Planner and Analyst, you are the partner to empower our businesses to make informed decisions by providing key insights through weekly reporting, steering sessions, training, and budget management. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders—such as data, project management, and legal teams—to ensure the profitability and growth of our businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Forecasting & Analysis: Develop and enhance business forecasting capabilities within the team, equipping them with the tools to analyze and understand performance and make optimized decisions.
Co-Developing a Long-Term Vision: Understand business challenges and propose innovative solutions. Collaborate with BU leaders to build and execute long-term strategic business plans.
Driving Strategic Decisions: Influence and guide strategic choices that align with company and business unit objectives, ensuring that all actions contribute to sustainable growth and profitability.
Animating Business Ambitions: Use real-time data to inform business decisions, supporting the day-to-day operational needs and long-term business cases. Align financial insights with the company’s strategy to drive better decision-making.
Communication Coordination: Coordinate communication between FP&A teams and accounting to manage demand and ensure high-quality work is delivered consistently.
Risk Management: Actively collaborate with your BU leader on risk management, helping to identify and mitigate potential risks to business performance.

YOUR PROFILE

THE PROFILE WE’RE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for a driven, curious, and solution-oriented FP&A who is consistently focus on improving processes and not afraid to make decisions. Your are known for you ability to synthesize information and for your excellent analytical and communication skills.

As FP&A, you have :

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in retail or in a comparable business environment.
a strong expertise in business planning, financial modeling, and forecasting, with knowledge of economic ratios, corporate finance, and financial systems.
experience in accounting principles, data visualization tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. Knowledge of SQL/Google Scripts is a plus.
languages: French and/or Dutch native + English proficiency.
interest in contributing to an international work environment and has a real enthusiasm for sports.
