As part of the Process Management Team, you'll be involved in a variety of key projects that help our marketplace run efficiently and reliably. Your tasks will include:
Process optimization & externalization
Supporting the mapping, improvement, and externalization of operational processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Payment operations
Working closely with our payment provider, you will help track and follow up on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assist with ongoing operational topics to ensure smooth and timely payments.
Seller support operations Supporting the follow-up of workflows between our internal Seller Support team and external partners, acting as a link to ensure alignment and drive improvements.
Internal Communications & Stakeholder Management You'll be a key point of contact, facilitating communication between the Process Management team and various internal departments. You will provide timely updates on project progress, process changes, and key developments to ensure all teams are aligned and informed. This includes preparing and presenting reports, as well as acting as a central hub for information flow to drive cross-functional collaboration.
