YOUR MISSION

Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking for a versatile, business-oriented role within a dynamic, sports-driven environment? Join our Legal & Compliance team at our headquarters in Brussels (Evere)!

In this unique combined role, you’ll leverage your corporate background while diving into a broad range of other legal topics (Real Estate, Commercial, Ethics& Compliance, Privacy,...) to support our company’s continuous growth

You will join a team of five (comprising team mates in real estate/corporate, commercial operations, ethics/compliance, indirect purchasing, and our Head of Legal).

Mission

Corporate law and housekeeping: you take full ownership of corporate law matters, preparing corporate legal documentation for Belgian and validating it for international group entities (General Meetings, Board Meetings, and approval of annual accounts), manage a portfolio of subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
General legal business support & disputes: you act as an agile legal partner by handling diverse business contracts, general legal queries, and disputes, adapting dynamically to the team's workload and active business priorities.
Negotiation & project participation: you actively participate in contract negotiations and step into cross-departmental company projects to provide pragmatic legal guidance from ideation to execution.

Ambitious and full of vitality, you embody the passion for sport.

Moreover,

you have a master’s degree in Law with 5 to 8 years of solid legal practice as an in-house counsel, legal interim manager, or practicing lawyer.
you have a strong grounding in corporate law, excellent analytical and drafting skills, well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
you are comfortable communicating in Dutch, English, and French (both written and spoken).
