Tes missions au quotidien chez Decathlon Massen

Selon tes compétences, tes affinités et ton domaine de prédilection, tu pourras évoluer sur différents métiers au sein du magasin que ce soit sur un poste d'étudiant, collaborateur magasin temps plein ou temps partiel. 

  • Accueillir, conseiller avec passion et fidéliser notre clientèle.

  • Assurer la bonne tenue des rayons, le merchandising et la disponibilité des produits.

  • Garantir une expérience client fluide et chaleureuse en caisse et à l'accueil.

  • Faire vivre la passion du sport au quotidien au sein de l'équipe et avec les clients.

JOUW PROFIEL

Ton profil idéal :

  • Passionné(e) de sport : Tu pratiques ou tu t'intéresses activement au monde du sport et du matériel.

  • Langues : Tu maîtrises le français. La connaissance de l'anglais et/ou de l'allemand est un vrai plus pour notre clientèle transfrontalière.

  • Esprit d'équipe & Valeurs : Tu te retrouves dans nos valeurs de Responsabilité, Vitalité, Authenticité et Générosité. Tu aimes la cohésion et le travail bien fait.

  • Flexibilité : Tu es prêt(e) à travailler dans le rythme du commerce de détail (y compris samedis et dimanches selon l'organisation).

  • Compétences & Polyvalence : Que tu aies une fibre commerciale ou une sensibilité technique, c'est ton attitude et ta motivation qui feront la différence !
