YOUR MISSION

Join the "Team Sports" squad at the heart of our Belgian HQ! Guided by the Merchandiser Manager, you will make strategic and visual decisions for all stores across Belgium. You won’t just be working for a sport, you’ll be working to inspire fans of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and Rugby.

You are the key point of contact between global strategy and the field. Your mission? Ensuring that every user who enters a Decathlon in Belgium finds a clear, inspiring, and high-performance product offering.

Your Mission: Making Team Sports Shine

Merchandising Strategy: Define the "how to sell" and layout strategies for the team sports universe within the Belgian market.
Spatial Innovation: Imagine high-performance and innovative layouts for our points of sale (shelving, display zones, signage).
Communication & Networking: Ensure the clarity, availability, and compliance of merchandising information across the entire Decathlon Belgium network.
Performance Analysis: Identify the expectations of Belgian users and adjust your plans to maximize commercial efficiency.
Team Spirit: Communicate your strategies to in-store teams and share best practices to help your teammates grow.

YOUR PROFILE

A Passionate and Inventive Coach

You are a "die-hard" fan of Team Sports (Football, Basketball, Volleyball, or Rugby). Your team spirit is your greatest asset.

You are preparing a work-study degree (apprenticeship) or a Bachelor’s degree with a long-term internship in Visual Merchandising or Retail Design.

Your Skills:

Ideally, you already have in-store experience (retail fundamentals).
You have a "coach's soul": you love to share knowledge, explain the "why," and help projects grow.
You are comfortable with numbers: pragmatic, you know how to use data to drive winning actions.
You are inventive: you propose original visual solutions to showcase our technical products.
You'll workin in a bilingual environment (French/Dutch) with a foundation in English for international exchanges.
