As Office Manager, you are the beating heart of the office. Your goal is simple: to make life at work more pleasant and fluid for all teammates.

Here are your main missions:

• Guardian of the "Positive Workspace": You manage the daily organization of the office (spaces, supplies, mail) and lead internal re-arrangements or moves to ensure everyone feels at home.
• Safety Coach: You manage the safety training for every new employee and regularly lead basic training sessions to ensure our offices remain a safe place for everyone.
• Contact for partners: You coordinate with the cleaning team, manage the coffee machine service, and work with Bpost.
• Office projects: You manage the "Office Update" project for 2026-2027 and organize the workspace and wellbeing at HQ.
• Energy Connector: Working closely with the communications department, you manage internal platforms and ensure that information flows perfectly between teams.
• Organizer of Emotions: From the daily coffee to major national events (Innovation Awards, Share Value, Team Days), you handle everything from A to Z: negotiation, budget, logistics, and catering. You celebrate victories, both big and small!
• Onboarding Facilitator: You are the first smile new leaders see. You coordinate their onboarding to ensure they have a memorable and consistent arrival experience.
