Are you ready to be the architect of our customer relationships ? As our Loyalty Program Manager Manager, you are the link of our ecosystem. You turn data into action and ensure our United Membership Program (UMP) becomes a primary strategic pillar for Decathlon Belgium.
Working as a strategic project manager, you orchestrate our membership roadmap to reward our community of sports enthusiasts.You are accountable for the growth, activation and profitability of the Membership Program, with clear KPIs on members, GMV uplift and ROI.
Your role in the team
Defining the strategic vision: Develop the 2-year roadmap for the Belgian program to ensure it consistently delivers value to our members.
Driving the campaign and operational roadmap: Lead membership actions across CRM and digital channels to keep our program at the forefront and manage the day-to-day membership programme (for instance : memberspace optimization, fraud mechanics, ID rate)
Innovating the reward catalog: Manage a compelling list of rewards and partnerships that create "moments of delight" for our customers.
Leading with data: Analyze member behavior and financial impact (ROI, turnover) to transform raw data into smart business actions.
Acting as a project manager: Coordinate the project between different business units (like Finance, IT, and Marketing) to get things moving (such as integrating membership features into our cash tills or digital tools).
Supporting our stores: Train store teams and update in-store communication to ensure a seamless experience for every member.
Connecting with the world: Represent Belgium within the international Decathlon network to actively collaborate, collect and share best practices and scale successful ideas.
As a natural influencer, you can put projects into action and set a dynamic rhythm for the team. You balance strategic planning with functional management, connecting specialists in retail and digital.
With a solutions-oriented mindset, you enjoy experimenting with new ideas and designing original, impactful campaigns.
Moreover,
You have about 5 years of experience in strategic project management and/or membership/loyalty roles.
You are a data-lover ! You are comfortable with data visualization tools (e.g: Tableau) and enjoy interpreting numbers to guide decisions.
You speak Dutch and/or French (level C2) and have professional fluency in English.
You work full-time within the CRM & Membership Team.
You work at our headquarters in Decathlon Evere with flexibility for hybrid work.
