YOUR MISSION

As our FP&A for Circular Economy & Sustainability, you are the financial architect of our transformation in Belgium. Your mission is to prove that a sustainable business is a profitable one. You bridge the gap between innovative green initiatives (2nd Life, Rental, Buy-back, Repair) and robust financial performance.

1. Strategic Business Partnering & Circular Growth

Driving Sustainable Strategy: Build the 3-year business plan to align environmental goals with country growth.
Evaluating New Models: Lead ROI analyses and financial validation for innovative services (Rental, Subscription, 2nd Life) to ensure long-term profitability.
Investment Governance: Act as the financial gatekeeper for sustainability investments, balancing planetary impact with P&L health.

2. Performance Governance & Financial Planning

Dynamic Forecasting: Lead budgets and monthly forecasts that reflect the fast-paced reality of circular operations.
P&L Management: Perform deep-dive analyses on "Circular P&L" drivers, identifying risks and margin opportunities in services and buy-back.
Alert & Action: Monitor performance and coordinate robust action plans with Activity Leaders to close gaps and ensure targets are met.
Sustainability Reporting: Track and communicate the environmental footprint of all Belgian activities.

3. Process Excellence & Transformation

Scaling Operations: Define financial workflows between stores, workshops, and HQ to guarantee a compliant and scalable circular network.
Driving Automation: Replace manual tracking with data-driven, automated reporting tools for better decision-making.
Change Management: Educate operational teams on the specific financial mechanics of circularity, such as asset depreciation and service margins.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a "builder" who thrives in the "grey zones" of emerging business models.

You love autonomy and challenges: you enjoy where not everything is defined yet. You create the path as you walk it

You deeply believe that economic performance and environmental impact must go hand in hand.

As a natural connector and communicator, you have the conviction and clarity to challenge leaders and senior management.

As a sport enthusiast, you share our human-centric culture and our passion for the game.

Moreover,

You hold a Master’s in Finance, Business, or Engineering and have at least 2 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Audit. Experience in Retail or Start-ups is a massive plus.
You are a master of financial modeling (Rental/Subscription models) and Google Sheets. Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and an automation mindset are key.
You are fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a significant asset for local integration.
