JOUW MISSIE

En tant qu’étudiant·e chez Decathlon, tu travailles dans un environnement dynamique où ça bouge tout le temps. Le sourire d’un client satisfait est pour toi une vraie source de motivation. Tu aimes retrousser tes manches, t’investir dans ton travail et, avec ton équipe, tu es porté·e par une mission durable qui te passionne.

Au quotidien, tu:

  • es à l’écoute de tes clients et tu leur donnes des conseils adaptés à leurs besoins.

  • crées une expérience positive pour chaque client en l’accompagnant et en le guidant dans ses achats.

  • vends physiquement et/ou digitalement l’ensemble de nos produits et services, tout en fidélisant tes clients grâce à une relation de proximité.

  • traites efficacement, en équipe, la réception de la marchandise.

  • assures la disponibilité physique de tes produits (suivi des stocks) et une présentation qualitative en rayon.
