YOUR MISSION

Are you the CRM Expert who will transform our customer data into sporting passion?

Decathlon Belgium is looking for a passionate and performance-driven CRM Expert to join the Acquisition Team (responsible for generating qualified traffic both online and in-store). If you have experience designing and executing marketing campaigns that boost the engagement of our sports enthusiasts, this challenge is for you!

Your Mission

You will be at the heart of our growth strategy, transforming customer data into personalized and impactful marketing actions.Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement CRM strategies and campaigns focused on boosting customer engagement and sales.
Determine and refine the best segmentation to maximize the impact of our communications (email, push notifications, SMS) and ensure a personal and relevant approach.
Identify opportunities for growing our customer base in close collaboration with digital and retail teams.
Analyze market data and customer feedback to optimize and adapt our marketing strategies to the needs of sports enthusiasts.
Ensure the consistency of CRM campaigns with other communication channels (Facebook, on-site, display, SEA, TV, etc.) and collaborate with relevant departments for this purpose.
Participate in the setup and deployment of our loyalty program across our communication platforms.
Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign ROI, with a focus on maximizing impact and efficiency.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and sports marketing to develop innovative campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a dedicated Team Player who fuels collaboration by sharing energy and expertise. You consistently demonstrate strong analytical skills, transforming data into actionable insights. Your approach is always future-oriented: you easily adapt to technical changes and proactively seek out solutions and new opportunities.

You are the ideal candidate if:

you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or a related marketing field, ideally within the retail or sports sector.
you hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a similar field.
you have excellent knowledge of marketing software and tools (CRM platforms, email marketing, etc.). Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform is a plus.
you are a native Dutch speaker and have a good command of French and English.
