Decathlon Belgium is looking for an experienced CRM Expert to strengthen the team. The ideal candidate has a passion for sports, proven experience in CRM, and the ability to design and execute effective marketing campaigns that inspire our customers and increase engagement with our brand.
We are looking for someone available immediately for a contract of indefinite duration. You will join the Acquisition team, which is responsible for generating qualified traffic (online and in-store).

Responsibilities:Developing and implementing CRM strategies and campaigns focused on increasing customer engagement and sales.
Determining and developing the best segmentation to maximize the impact of our communication to our customers.
Identifying opportunities to grow our customer base in collaboration with the digital and retail teams.
Analyzing market data and customer feedback to optimize and adapt marketing strategies to the needs of sports enthusiasts.
Coordinating email marketing, marketing automation, push notifications, and SMS campaigns with a focus on personal and relevant communication.
Participating in setting up and rolling out our loyalty program through our communication platforms.
Managing marketing budgets and reporting on the ROI of campaigns, with a focus on maximizing impact and efficiency.
Ensuring coherence between the CRM campaign and other communication channels (Facebook, on-site, display, SEA, radio, TV, flyer) and collaborating with other (communication) departments for this purpose.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in CRM and sports marketing to develop innovative and effective campaigns.
Reporting and presenting the results for CRM and the loyalty program.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM or a related marketing field, preferably in the retail or sports industry.
Excellent knowledge of marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms).
Native Dutch language skills and good knowledge of French and English.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM platform is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for sports.
